Food lovers will be licking their lips when the ultimate foodie event of the summer returns to Hempstead Valley. There will be a variety of stalls filled with culinary delights, including locally produced cakes, sweets, cider, Mediterranean olives and fudge.

The Summer Food & Drink Fayre can be found throughout the malls, opening from:
- 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday
- 9am to 7pm Saturday
- 10am to 4pm on Sunday
