Our premier site directly outside the main entrance to M&S is approximately 6.7m x 6m and is very popular with car motor dealers and can accommodate 3 vehicles.

The promotional site outside Boots is 6.7m x 9m and can also accommodate 3 vehicles. Smaller sites are 3.3m x 3.5m and are located in the South & East mall. Costs for these sized sites start from £700 per week (Monday to Sunday). Electricity, tables and chairs are available to hire. 

Hempstead Valley's footfall is approx 110,000 per week, rising considerably during the run up to Christmas. The centre has a strong track record of holding successful events attracting thousands of customers for over 40 years.

The centre is home to one of Kent's largest Sainsbury's and Medway's largest M&S with a new, larger Food Hall. Other key tenants include Argos, WH Smith, TK Maxx, Pandora and Boots. The restaurant development  - The Venue opened in 2015 - is home to Nando's, Bella Italia, The Broadwick, Frankie & Benny's, Costa Coffee and Subway. 

Other benefits include FREE parking (maximum stay 6 hours). The centre is open until 8pm weekdays with M&S and Sainsbury's both having extended hours. 

Hempstead Valley is a popular, established out of town shopping centre, located on the edge of the Medway Towns (population 271,000) in Kent. It is only a couple of minutes from the M2 motorway, half way between London and Dover. The centre was the first out of town shopping centre to be built in the south east. It was a pioneer of the 'commercialisation' of mall space, with RMU's being a feature of the centre when it fully opened over 40 years ago in 1979.
