This is the easiest way to find available stations, start charging and get updates when your EV is fully charged. Download the ChargePoint App on your smartphone to begin your hassle-free charging experience.

How to Start an EV Charging Session with the App

1) Open the ChargePoint App and tap your Phone on the ChargePoint station to start a charge or start your charge from within the APP.

This will unlock the charging connector so you can remove it from the charging station.
Note: You can also locate the station in the mobile app. And tap the orange “Start Charge” button to start a charging session

2) Plug the connector into your EV to start charging.

3) Relax and go about your day.

You can track your charging in the app if you want. We’ll send you a notification when your car is done charging (if you've enabled notifications in the app).

4) When you get back to your car, tap your card or phone on the charger to end the session and release the connector, and return the connector to the station.

Stop charge via vehicle dashboard/app/charging port

Lock and unlock your vehicle several times to release the cable from your car and then the charger station.
