Service 132 (Mon-Sun)

Bus Stop A (next to Red car park). Every 12 minutes during the daytime from Chatham via Rainham.

Services 116 & 113

Bus stop B (outside Nando's). Hourly service to Chatham, Medway Hospital, and Wigmore. Note: No Sunday/Public Holiday service.

Service 130 (Mon–Sat)

Bus stop outside Nando's. Medway Maritime Hospital - Hempstead Valley - Maidstone.

Bus Stop C (next to TK Maxx). Customers are reminded of the 6-hour parking limit.

Rail

Trains run regularly to Gillingham and Rainham stations via London Victoria and HS1 (St Pancras). Hempstead Valley is approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi from either station.
