As a Salon Manager within our Supercuts Salon, you will be providing professional standard hairdressing service & experience for our guests. Ensuring guests’ needs aren’t just met but exceeded; with an aim to having them return in future and recommend us to others. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, control and lead the operation of the salon.
• Liaise and communicate with the Regional Business Manager.
• Monitor duties & responsibilities of salon team members.
• Run your own column.
• Review and arrange meetings with team members on their personal development and advise how internal targets would be met.
• Organising team rotas.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene & safety.

Experience: 

• Preferred 3-year post qualification experience.

Qualifications: 

• Hairdressing Level 3 NVQ
